Vario 6 blade head
If I were to put one of these 6 blade Vario rotor heads on a heli swinging 900mm blades, what kind of servos would it require? Assuming a 120 degree 3 servo setup.

You need to consider more than the servos. What model is it? With more blades, you need shorter blades in most cases. Your head speed changes and your power requirements change. I'm also not sure a 3-servo setup would work as well as a 4. Lots of unknowns!

About 58mm max. 6 or 8mm shaft. I found a Xnova that should work.

verify head speed. The 700/800 size Roban should be around 1200-1300 I would not recommend anything over 1300. -3 and positive 12 is right on the money. What is the pitch at mid stick? Also what FBL are you running? Are you running a pitch curve?

Try bumping up the head speed and adding 1 degree more positive. Reduce the negative by 1 degree so your overall range stays the same.
